Refund Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must provide a picture as soon as you have opened your package, if you are contacting us regarding missing items or the wrong order.

Delayed or Undelivered Parcels

If your items have been delayed due to Australia Post delivery and are outside of the time frame shown in checkout, we will be more than happy to issue a full refund MINUS the initial delivery cost. All delivery fees charged, including the cost to return the item, are not covered by our refund policy. As per Australia Post policy they do not issue refunds or compensations for delays (unless it is severally past the delivery time). Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns. We will, however, send a replacement if you have received the wrong order or if we have left out items, at no extra charge.

If you receive your item and we have substituted one of the options in your Pick n Mix, it is simply because we have run out of that specific sweet. Please ensure that you read the instructions of our Pick n Mix when ordering to avoid disappointment. We will not be held accountable if you fail to read the instructions.

Refunds

We offer refunds for missing items and items that have been damaged extensively (excluding melted chocolate). Proof if is needed to process any refunds you are after.

If any item is missing or damaged, we offer refunds upon receiving appropriate proof. However, refunds will not be issued if the item did not meet your personal taste or expectations, mainly on our Extreme Sour Lollies or Extreme Chilli Products (Chips, Gummy Bear, Lollipop and Chocolate). We provide information about the sourness or heat level (SHU) on each product and in the description, as everyone's tolerance level differs.

We do not issue refunds for melted chocolates - we're not liable for any damage caused by melting during transit or if left outside by the shipping provider. Our warehouse stores items in ideal conditions, but summer heat can affect the product. To prevent this, we advise using the Express Post option and instructing your courier to leave the parcel in a shaded area, if possible. We also recommend you purchase your product early in the week so your item doesn't sit at the postal depot over the weekend.
